Frequently Asked Questions

How do I generate an image?

Tap the Create button on the Home screen, type a detailed prompt describing what you want, choose an art style, set your image size, and tap Generate. Your image is ready in seconds — save it, share it, or post it to the community feed.

How do credits work?

Every image generation uses a minimum of 6 credits. New users start with 10 free credits, which never expire. You can top up anytime from the Credits screen inside the app, and restore any past purchase if you reinstall the app.

What is the Community Feed?

The Feed shows AI images shared by the Chhabi AI community. You can like, comment, share, and even “re-create” an image with your own twist.

How do I report a problem or inappropriate content?

Open Settings → Report Issue from within the app, or use the report option directly on the post or comment in question. Our team reviews every report.

How do I delete my account or data?

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account and confirm, or email us at parimal@cpabayx.com with your account details and we’ll process your deletion request promptly.

I’m not receiving my purchased credits — what do I do?

Email us at parimal@cpabayx.com with your registered phone number and the store transaction ID from your Play Store or App Store purchase receipt, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

I found a bug or have a feature request — what do I do?

We’d love to hear from you. Use the Suggestion or Report Issue option in Settings, or email us directly — we read every message.
